I've always been a "people person." Maybe that's why, from startups to enterprise environments, one lesson has stayed with me: the most impactful work begins by understanding people.
I love identifying what’s getting in someone’s way and helping clear a path forward. I'm inspired when human-centered content or a well-crafted experience removes uncertainty and helps someone take the next step.
The same mindset shapes how I lead. I've learned that asking the right question early can save teams weeks of solving the wrong problem. I'm known for bringing the right people together to align on priorities and navigate ambiguity without getting stuck in it. As a player-coach, I enjoy moving between strategy and hands-on writing and execution, partnering with my teams to turn ideas into meaningful outcomes.
I'm also excited about how AI is reshaping how we research, develop and deliver content, opening up new opportunities for personalization, efficiency and scale. At its best, and with thoughtful stewardship and curiosity, AI extends human creativity, helping us create content and experiences that are more relevant, more personal and more impactful.

I am drawn to moments that matter: when people struggle, systems fail, and paths disappear.
From healthcare to wellness to behavior change, I've spent my career creating experiences that help people move through difficult moments with more ease, confidence and compassion.
Whether it's a patient searching for care at 2 a.m., a senior registering for an app for the first time or someone trying to quit smoking, the design of those moments can leave people lost or empowered.
