WHAT DRIVES ME
A belief that people deserve better
I came to UX leadership through a winding path: political science, philosophy, a Stanford doctorate, teaching all led me here. The thread was always the same: I wanted to help people flourish.
Whether it's a patient navigating care at 2 a.m., a member comparing benefits for the first time, or someone trying to quit smoking, the design of those moments can leave people lost or empowered.
I choose empowered, every time.
